Project Scope

RC-Builders was entrusted with turning an outdated bungalow into a modern, contemporary home. Key features of the renovation include:

• Wrap-Around Extension creating an open-plan kitchen, utility room, a new entrance, and a WC.

• Full Property Renovation, including structural and interior updates for a cohesive and modern living space.

 

Exterior Enhancements

The exterior transformation showcases:

• Anthracite UPVC windows / Aluminium

• Black fascia and soffits

• Black Lindab guttering

• White silicon render

• Western red cedar Cladding

• A new patio and upgraded entrance area

 

Interior Updates

Inside, the property underwent a complete overhaul, including:

• Full replacement of electrical and plumbing systems

• Installation of new bathroom suites and an en-suite for the guest bedroom

• A new staircase leading to a beautifully renovated loft, correcting poor construction from previous years
