Site set-up, excavation, drainage and foundations to your structural engineer’s design, inspected by building control.
Structure & Weathertight Shell
Walls, floors, roof structure and covering, windows and external doors to get the building weathertight.
Fit-Out
First fix services, plastering, second fix, kitchens, bathrooms and finishes managed as one programme.
Sign-Off & Handover
Snagging, building control completion and handover of your finished home.
